Josef Koppmann’s journey began at the Arts and Crafts College in Vienna, where a foundation in traditional goldsmithing sparked a lifelong exploration of form, texture, and material. After relocating to London, he established his own studio which became a space for craftsmanship and bold creativity, and in 2008 opened his showroom at the iconic Oxo Tower.
Defined by sculptural clarity and quiet strength, Josef’s jewellery is a study in contrasts. Most pieces are handcrafted in sterling silver and overlaid with 24-carat gold, fused together using time-honoured techniques.
